Kings Island
Procter and Gamble had their annual "Dividend Day" at Kings Island (amusement park) over the weekend. I got to go this time (last year I was pregnant, so Brock took a friend and left me at home). Brock and I got to ride one roller coaster together, and I took Pierce on a kid ride with some other friends. They almost wouldn't let us go because he didn't have socks or shoes on. Really? They said I could just wrap something around his feet, so I put a sweater on his legs. We couldn't fit on the car with our friends, so Pierce and I had one to ourselves. Pierce sat in my lap and just stared at everything (it was a Scooby Doo haunted house type of a thing where you could shoot ghosts). I actually had fun trying to shoot things. In the meantime, Brock was riding more roller coasters with his friend from work. The reason Brock and I were able to ride one roller coaster together is because another friend of his from work offered to hold Pierce. We all waited in line together, she went first with her friends, and when she was done, we handed him over to her, and we rode. We were getting some confused looks and questions from others waiting in line when they saw us on deck with a baby. Pierce was very social with the people who were holding him for us. He was giving lots of hugs and smiles. We had a fun day. The weather wasn't too bad, but it did get a little hot in the afternoon. We were exhausted when we left.

Oh man! He's so cute!
He looks a lot like Brock in the stroller pic.
