I'm Happy
Brock keeps telling me that I'm not happy that we're having a boy. It's not because I'm not showing any excitement but just because he knows it bugs me when he teases me about it. So, just in case anyone else thinks that I'm not happy about having a boy, you are wrong. At first I said I wanted a girl. Then I said that it didn't matter to me either way. After that, I started thinking we were going to have a boy. Finally, I decided that I couldn't really picture myself having a boy, so I thought it was going to be a girl. I also wanted it to be a girl because I looked for baby clothes for both genders, and the only cute ones I could find were girl clothes. The baby living inside of me is a boy, and I love him already. I don't want him to be a girl. I like little boys, and little boys tend to like me too. A 5-year-old boy told me just a few weeks ago that I was his best friend, and I had just met him. :) So, I just felt the need to defend myself because of Brock's teasing (the fun kind of teasing, not the mean kind). So there! haha

Trust me. You can find cute little boy clothes. Owen has so many clothes it's ridiculous! Sometimes he only wears things once. It's sad, really. You'll have a blast with your little guy!
Little boys are my favorite. They are mellow & funny & creative. I hope that my next little one will be a boy, so Jake can do fun boy things with a little partner in crime. Congrats!!
Target has fabulous boy clothes. Chelsea gives me all of Jackson's clothes and they are all really cute, so ask her if you need help finding some.
Stephen kept asking me if I was upset/dissapointed that we were having a boy because I started crying when I saw the ultrasound! Um, no, it was amazing! There was a little person growing in me! I couldn't picture myself having a boy at first, but now I can't imagine having a girl.

I felt the same way when I found out I was having a boy, but now that our 2nd is a girl I don't know what to do with myself. Boys are so easy and they love their moms! Target really does have cute boy clothes, so does Old Navy. Happy Shopping and congrats!
