Call Us Crazy But....

We already got our baby's furniture. I know it's way early (and it was even earlier when we actually ordered it), but the furniture that we really wanted was on sale at Babies R Us, so we went ahead and got it. We had been to Babies R Us a few times because our friends just had a baby, so we knew what we liked. We went there one night a few weeks ago as part of our weekly round of store visits (Sam's, Best Buy, Target, the Mall, and now Babies R Us), and we saw the 2 furniture sets that we liked on sale. We asked them how long they would be on sale because I thought it was crazy to buy furniture at 9 weeks or whatever I was then. They said that the sale had expired but they just forgot to take down the signs, and they took them down after I asked that. They said they would honor the sale that night since the signs were left up, but it was over. So we're like what the heck, we're going to eventually have a baby, so we might as well get what we like while it's on sale. We ordered a set after trying to decide between the two for a long time, but when we got home and read the reviews, we realized we should have chosen the other one, so we went back a couple days later, and I used my master negotiating skills to get them to switch it over to the other set and still give us our discount. They delivered the furniture two days ago, and here's what it looks like...
