We successfully returned our mattress to Costco.
And this is how we did it...
We bought some tool cabinets for our garage from Sears, so we had to rent this van. We asked them if we could do something else while we had it, and they said we could do whatever we wanted with it as long as we paid for the time. We didn't have to pay for any gas either. We used it for 1 hour and 45 minutes and paid about 30 dollars. We took the tool cabinets home, unloaded them, loaded the mattress, drove to Costco, returned the mattress, and drove back to Sears. It was worth it. I'm so glad that's over.
